Orders
1) Sales are based on first come first serve basis.
2) Goods sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable.
Reservations
Reservations can only be made for a maximum period of 3 days. Once that time is up, we'll make the item available to the next interested buyer.
Restocking
Restocking of an item will be depending on the availability of the item. Please drop us an email for further details if you are really interested.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made via bank in transfer or cash on delivery (COD).
For bank in transfer, account details will be emailed to you once we confirm your order. Please notify us immediately once payment is complete. Please keep all the receipts just in case.
For COD, full payment (or at least a certain amount of deposit) must be made upfront, however. Extra charges may apply.
The buyer will bear the postage or COD fees.
Delivery Methods
All the items will be packed nicely in a bubble-wrapped.
We will not be responsible for any damages during the shipping process.
Items will only be mailed on the next working day after payment has been fully made.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is provided as an option as well. Please email us for further details.
Please check your orders properly as all the sales are final.
